The Story Behind the Weave

Our ‘Sunset Over Highlands’ tapestry is more than just wall art—it’s a tactile narrative. We use a double-weave technique that creates a structural depth rarely seen in modern machine-made textiles. Each horizontal ‘weft’ thread is carefully selected to mimic the gradient of a fading sun against purple-hued peaks.

It takes approximately 42 hours of focused artisanal labor to complete a single medium-sized piece. The intentional irregularities in the weave are the signature of the hand, ensuring no two pieces are ever identical.
