Every order includes free, worldwide, tracked shipping — no minimum purchase required. Typical delivery time is 12–17 business days from order to doorstep.

Order Timeline

• Day 0: Order confirmation sent via email
• Days 1–10: Your tapestry is custom-produced to your specifications
• Days 10–12: Quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the carrier, with a tracking notification sent to you
• Days 12–17: Delivery to your address

Shipping Carriers

Orders ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on your destination.

Shipping Restrictions

• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
• We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO or military base addresses
• Addresses cannot be changed once production has begun

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, we’ll ship a replacement at no charge to you.
