Every tapestry is made to order. Production begins only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Please double-check your sizing and design details before checkout — changes become difficult once production has started. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we’ll contact you before processing your order. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Delivery estimates on our Shipping & Delivery page are estimates, not guarantees — we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Because items are custom-made, non-defective items cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, including free replacement shipping. Items damaged on arrival qualify for a free replacement with photo proof. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
You agree not to submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape our site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
